Tom-Tom

Tom-Tom was Mai's younger brother and the beloved son of Ukano, the former governor of New Ozai, and his wife, Michi. As a young child, he innocently got himself in and out of all kinds of trouble during the Hundred Year War and its aftermath. Tom-Tom was born in 98 AG. After his father oversaw the conquest of the Earth Kingdom city Omashu (later renamed "New Ozai"), he relocated there alongside his family.
