Morgan Blackhand is a Solo with an anodized black-chrome cyberarm. A veteran of the Second Central American War and an avowed pragmatist, Morgan became a mercenary often employed by the Militech corporation. By 2020, Blackhand was known as a street-smart guy who was constantly looking out for his own best interest.
