Dr. Joanne Koch was the regional director for tech and development and a genetics engineer at Biotechnica in Cyberpunk 2077. To say that Biotechnica's scientists are "unscrupulous" would be like saying Yorinobu Arasaka is "somewhat famous." But few are as unscrupulous as Joanne Koch, even within the organization.
