Liam Lawson

Liam Jared Lawson (born 11 February 2002) is a New Zealander racing driver currently competing in the Formula 1 for Racing Bulls. A member of the Red Bull Junior Team from 2019 to 2023, Lawson was a reserve driver for both Red Bull Racing and AlphaTauri—later known as RB—from 2022 to 2024. Lawson made his Formula One debut at the 2023 Dutch Grand Prix, replacing an injured Daniel Ricciardo at AlphaTauri for five Grands Prix in 2023, scoring a points finish in Singapore.
