Thancred Waters [ˈθæŋk.rɛd ˈwɔː.tərz] is a character in Final Fantasy XIV, introduced as the Scion representative for players who start in Ul'dah and appearing throughout subsequent expansions as an ally of the Warrior of Light. Thancred was a street urchin in Limsa Lominsa, snatching purses with a band of petty thieves. One day, he targeted Louisoix Leveilleur, but was caught red-handed.
