Barsa

Barsa (バーサ , Bāsa) is a character in the film, Kiki's Delivery Service. She is Madame's old maid. Barsa has always been curious about witches ever since her grandmother met one as a child. She has a playful side as she secretly tries to fly on Kiki's broom. Barsa helps Madame in the household.
