Victor Ketsueki

Victor Ketsueki was a wizard and later a vampire who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from 1984 to 1991 and was Sorted into Ravenclaw house. After graduating from Hogwarts, he became a spokesperson for the Society for the Tolerance of Vampires.
