Basil Hawkins

Basil Hawkins is an infamous pirate from North Blue known as the "Magician" and the captain of the Hawkins Pirates. He is one of twelve pirates who are referred to as the "Worst Generation". Hawkins attempted to create a Pirate Alliance with Eustass Kid and Scratchmen Apoo but he was betrayed by the latter who had secretly become a subordinate of the Emperor Kaidou.
