"Tin-Plate" Wapol is the king of the South Blue's Evil Black Drum Kingdom and president of Wapol Konzern (ワポル財閥, Waporu Zaibatsu?), an international toy conglomerate and zaibatsu. Originally king of the Grand Line's Drum Island, Wapol fled when the Blackbeard Pirates attacked (spending some time as the "captain" of his own, improvised pirate crew) and was permanently deposed by the Straw Hat Pirates soon after.
