Emperor Zurg

Emperor Zurg (also known as Evil Emperor Zurg or simply Zurg) is a character in Toy Story 2. He also makes an appearance in the epilogue of Toy Story 3. He is the sworn enemy of the Galactic Alliance and the archenemy of Buzz Lightyear. Zurg appears in two forms in Toy Story 2.
