Oswell E. Spencer

Lord Oswell E. Spencer (オズウェル・Ｅ・スペンサー, Ozuweru Ī Supensā?) (c. 1923-2006) was a British aristocrat born from a prestigious line of the Spencer family, which had prominence in Western Europe.
