Carlos Oliveira

Corporal Carlos Oliveira (カルロス・オリヴェイラ, Karurosu Oriveira?) is a former member of Umbrella Corporation's paramilitary unit, the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service. He was formerly a South American communist guerrilla where he became familiar with firearms since childhood, skilled in handling heavy weapons, driving large vehicles, and piloting Cessnas and helicopters.
