Victor Gideon

Dr. Victor Gideon (ヴィクター・ギデオン, vikutā gideon?) was a former Umbrella t-Virus researcher, who later worked for The Connections. Following Umbrella's bankruptcy in 2003, he purchased the Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center, a medical facility previously owned by the Spencer Foundation, where he ran the institution as its director, and continued to conduct clandestine experiments.
