Dan DeChant

Captain Dan DeChant (ダン・デチャント, dan dechanto?) was a US serviceman and BSAA SOU operator. Committed to fighting terrorism in West Africa, DeChant was senior officer in the regional branch and was known for being one of the oldest operators in the organisation.
