Rolando Elba

Rolando Elba (ロランド・エルバ, Ro rando eruba?) is a BSAA operator who took part in a special operation in a mountain village in Eastern Europe. He went by the codename "Umber Eyes" in Chris Redfield's elite Hound Wolf Squad as the team's sniper, as well as its second in command. Elba, alongside the rest of the squad, was later sent by Redfield into the ruins of Raccoon City on October 26th, to recover DSO agent Leon Scott Kennedy, FBI agent Grace Ashcroft and Elpis.
