The Heavy Shinobi (ヘビーシノビ, Hebī Shinobi?) is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. A member of the Hard Boiled Heavies, the Heavy Shinobi is the enhanced version of an Eggrobo created by Dr. Eggman after being struck with the power of the Phantom Ruby.
