Mr. Mackey Jr. is the former guidance counselor at South Park Elementary, best known for his frequent habit of saying "mm'kay" at the end of his sentences. He also serves on the City Council as head of Public Health. His first name is unknown. He first appears in the Season One episode "Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo" and is voiced by Trey Parker.
