Sally Turner

Sally Turner, also referred to as Powder, is a female fourth-grade student at South Park Elementary. She first appeared in the Season Three episode, "Rainforest Shmainforest". Sally first appeared in "Rainforest Shmainforest". as a member of the Getting Gay With Kids choir, but has been seen in the South Park Elementary fourth grade class since "Hooked on Monkey Fonics".
