Lou, also known as Incidental 39 and the ice cream vendor, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." He is classified as a secondary character-type incidental. He is a light orange fish with a light tan underside and dark blue fins, legs and dorsal fin. He wears a white, messy apron and a dark white shirt and a white hat.
