Goofy Manager

The Goofy Manager, also called The Goobfather and Barry, is a fish who first appears in the episode "The Goofy Newbie." He is the manager of Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat as well as the Goobfather, which is his secondary persona. He later reappears in The Patrick Star Show, where he shows up with a variety of jobs.
