Popeye fish

The Popeye fish, also known as Thug 1, the sailor fish, and Prisoner 10 is a minor character who first appears in the episode "No Weenies Allowed." He is a large, muscular, light grayish-brown fish with a dark brown shark-like dorsal fin who wears a navy blue speedo and a gray sailor's hat. He has yellow eyes, a scar above his left eye, and stubble on his chin. He has very short legs in contrast to the rest of his body. Thug 1 has the same appearance as his normal variant.
