Flats the Flounder

Flats the Flounder is a character who first appears in the episode "Sandy's Rocket" before becoming a major character in "The Bully." In the 1997 addendum of the SpongeBob SquarePants pitch bible and season 1 production art, he was named Farley Flatfish, but his name was later changed to Flats the Flounder in the season 3 episode, "The Bully."
