Mr. What Zit Tooya

Mr. What Zit Tooya, also known as mystery man vest, Incidental FG8, and Incidental 178, is a minor character who first appears in the episode "Good Ol' Whatshisname." He is a lavender colored fish with brown spots on his head, darker purple colored lips, and had a purple dorsal fin. He wears a gray jacket, a white shirt underneath, a light blue tie, brown pants, and black shoes.
