Richard

Richard, also known as Incidental 189, the slasher, and the DOA small guy, is a minor character who first appears in the episode "Graveyard Shift." He is an odd-looking light green fish with pimples and two dark green dinosaur-like spikes on his back. He wears round glasses and a purple shirt. He also has a large nose with two nostrils located on the front that resemble angry eyes. Incidental 189 has the same appearance as Richard, and his incidental type is currently unknown.
