Sam Star

Samantha "Sam" Star is the older, long lost sister of Patrick Star and Squidina Star. She first appears as the main antagonist in the episode "Big Sister Sam" and later makes cameo appearances in The Patrick Star Show episodes "Klopnodian Heritage Festival" and "Tying the Klop-Knot."
