Chester Turley, or Albert Knickerbocker Aloysius Snake, better known as Snake Jailbird, is a recidivist criminal, always getting arrested, but rarely being kept locked up for long. He speaks with a "Valley Boy" accent and has a tattoo of a snake on his arm. He is partial to fast cars and fast women and has a knack for reckless abandon.
